          In order to reach the children in our area who need our services, as well as the horses in need of rescue, Hope Reins must raise funds to purchase land to provide sufficient space for the horses and to conduct activities with the children. 

          Property has been located in Moorisburg, Tennessee, the center of our service area, and will cost approximately a total of $200,000.  If we are able to secure the entire property, it would provide the safety and privacy Hope Reins needs as a safe haven for both the children visiting and the horses. 

         We are proposing to pay $1,500 per month for a period of 4 months, at which time a down payment in the amount of $50,000 shall be paid to secure the purchase of this land.  ($14,000 per month for the first 4 months, the equivalent of only $0.90/day - less than the cost of a cup of coffee - if 75 people gave from each of the counties in the service area)   We will then have a monthly payment estimated around $1,500 for the land, in addition to other operating expenses and supplies.
